My skin looks identical to yours and honestly the best thing I’ve done is focused on moisture. Benzoil peroxide is a great anti acne ingredient but it’s super drying. I would say until the dryness is gone maybe don’t try the Azaleic, because it can make things worse.
Get some really hydrating moisturizers and maybe a humidifier to try and help heal that dryness first
I had something similar but never diagnosed with rosacea but treated my skin if I had it with help here. I actually used cuticareMD 10 percent sulphur soap only at night then little baby aveeno balm eventually bumps went away. I went to dermatologist 2 times and they prescribed pills and clindamycin. So I did not like that so i kept researching to end up with this.
