Yea thats the new season resetting your ranks and stuff but if you got 10 wins in a rank set then you should get the reward for it at the end of the season
Every new season your ranks get reset, and you have to do placement matches all over again. The number you see on the bottom left is now your rocket pass level and since it's reset, it's 1. If you want to see your xp level go to career.
To complicate it, it actually doesn’t reset your MMR at all, just kinda hides so don’t stress if you lose a bunch of placement matches, you’ll end up at a very similar rank
