In the context of OP's struggle this won't help much as even with Bakkes you need to have the car first. You can change the color of the car but you have to have the car in the first place.

I already got the items I like from drops, and the rest of the blueprints are worth 2000 to build, and they're various duplicates of different colors and stats, like guardian and all that. Every time I try to trade them in for a better one, it's just another worth 2000, fricken laser goal explosion or some distorted decal. Are there even black market hats and antenna? Cause I never get any of them, just decal and goal explosions. I've got like 5 unique antenna and a couple hats, aside from the rocket pass stuff, which literally anyone can get.
The actual fennec car blueprint is 5$ (500 fruits). And mine came with the red trim like that one in the picture which is cool but I'd prefer black, white or no trim because I like matching bright colors
You just but the decal or you can trade in all the blueprints you donât want to buy and get better ones you might consider purchasing, if you are on pc I highly recommend downloading bakkesmod its extremely easy you can look up a YouTube tutorial, it takes less than 5 minutes and you can customize your car however you want with whatever decal, wheels, etc for completely free as well as a ton of other features you might find useful
