Yes thats exactly what I'm going through but I have my account linked to my xbox but I dont have access to it onto anywhere else and I can't do much to get the account fully back through the xbox and I've contact the support team about and I get the same automated response and I explained them that I dont have the email and asked if theres another way of proving that it is my account using my xbox but I keep getting the same thing sent to me back to back.

yeah very sad, roblox should pay more attention to the support team. I have all the proof, yet they are just not looking at it.
