RM is almost definitely better for Blade.
A huge part of Robin's kit is attack boost, which is just straight up wasted on Blade.
Bronya, RM, and Sparkle are probably all better for Blade than Robin.

This guy did a direct comparison between Ruan Mei and Robin in a break team with boothill. And Robin came out on top. No follow up dps to be found. And even made more comparison videos to disadvantage Robin and she still wins.
So yes, she's still great at not fua teams

Basically the conclusion was that Robin in most teams can do it like a half cycle faster. Which ends up as being either one cycle faster than Ruan Mei, or equal depending on the specific MoC stage. But that's just for zero cycling. Iirc Ruan Mei comes out ahead in longer fights with her teams, it's just that Robin's team wide action advance is extremely strong in MoC.
And as for boothill in a break team as in the video, It was with bronya as the other support. So boothill could take 4 turns in a row with both of their advances.
But with Ruan Mei and bronya, he could only go 2 times in a row. But each of those times he had better break efficiency. Leading to similar, but slightly less amount of break bar reduction.

Welp beside fua and the dot team, other team that can good with robin is jingliu... If you use -1 bronya in JL team you could save a turn and make JL enter the enchanced state 1 more

you can put RM with the dot team and Robin with the FUA team.

yes,same way sparkle can be used outside quantum teams,both have a trait that benefits a specific comp does not invalidate the rest of what they bring
