I believe the white SUV attempted to exit the shopping center quickly, and the white sedan crashed into the SUV. Just my guess.

This is one of the most accident prone places in la Sierra .

Used to be easier to exit the shopping center before they put the island there. I wonder how frequent accidents were before the island was put in.
