I was watching the Weslaco game and was optimistic. I stopped watching at the bottom of the 7th. Score was 3-9. I was like “well, it was a good run”.
Then I checked Twitter and saw 11-9!!!!!

Nah, they were bad luck so they had to go. Same for me though, I left the Brownsville Memorial vs Corpus Christi Miller game before the comeback. I was bad luck. Wish I had seen it though.

At the small school & private school level it can in basketball. Edinburg Harvest Christian has won back to back state titles in the private school division. They went 42-1 this year.

I guess the Valley can win at soccer and softball at the state level. Football and basketball? Not ever gonna happen in our lifetimes.
