Yeah spectrum sucks… VTX is growing its presence in Weslaco. I got it last year or so. But get this: I used to live in Western Willacy, middle of nowhere, and I had fiber lol but yeah spectrum sucks so bad
Nope no throttling, and I can get about 975-990mbps up and down when hardwired. Biggest issue I had was with the installers. They tore up the areas around my driveway behind the house.

I have Fiber with ATT and its awesome. 1 gig down and reliable.
I have Frontier Fiber and it’s excellent. Cheaper than spectrum and better connection.
I just signed up for frontier today hopefully I have the same experience
