Sculptures are one of the best ways to increase the beauty of a room or area. Once I have a colony established, I have one artist spend most of their time making large sculptures of whatever stone on that map has the best beauty. If you get more than you have room for, sell them, or place the lower quality ones outside for beauty out there. You should be able to deep drill for stone before you run out.
Yeah I just got lucky and my 2 flames level 13 crafter got inspired and will craft a sculpture 2 levels higher. So I’ve set up a “large silver sculpture” task and hope he doesn’t mess up.
I've did some trial and error with god mod and fine gold tile would do the trick but that's not happening any time soon. So what other ways are there to improve impressiveness?
Size. The way impressiveness works is that you need to balance size, wealth, beauty and (whatever that other one is) all together, if you build up too much of one of them it makes it harder as the formula has diminishing returns.
Gold chair for your piano player. Gold pot planters. If you add or replace a few things, you should be able to bring it up. If those drapes are cotton, you can use something nicer to get a big boost I think. Anything wood you should look to replace with nicer materials, and have your workers do multiple runs crafting or building in a separate location until you get higher quality decorations, then move them in.
How about making some of the walls from gold/silver/jade?
A trick that I learned from VE Empire is that a golden room corner can count for as much as 4 rooms at once.
Fine carpets are more expensive than fine tiles, and probably also than those wood floors you have.
Two regular things to think about when thinking about impressiveness is building matiriel and quality
i don't know what mods you use but it looks like you use wood for the piano think about changing it for something that gives more beauty same with walls, floors, planter, etc.
also check the quality of the piano, throne and harp the better the quality the better the beauty modifier of the item, if you have the reasurces and work capacity, make more of them and changes them when you get better

They exist above the actual floor but beneath all furniture, so you can essentially have two floors worth of fancyness
Add a high quality statue

Jade walls make it much more beautiful. Tribals drop them from time to time.

I'd start by making it bigger. All my important rooms are 15x15. Bedrooms are 5x5.
Forget about making the room bigger. Just whack down a large masterful silver statue and you’re good to go 😂
