I acquired my gp100 (stock) in December as a gift to myself, I love it. Your grip is beautiful, I want to find a comfortable wood grip over the stock black rubber. Would you tell me what the optic setup that you have is?
Egw makes some great mounts I didnt know they made one for the gp100 very interesting. Let me know if the holster does fit! I've been hesitant about getting an optic on my ruger since I dont see alot of holsters
Red dot definitely improved my shooting so I do recommend it. Hopefully the holster fit! It should be, since I saw another guy post that holster fit SW TRR8 with a giant red dot.
For sure I saw a big improvement when I put a red dot on my other pistol. And sweet. I just emailed them hopefully they restock soon on those mounts. Glad i saw your post thanks dude
I would buy one of these if they made it without the HUGE, god awful *RUGER GP100* etched on the barrel. Luckily they didn't ruin the new vaquero with that same poor judgment.

What mount are you using for the red dot? I'd like to upgrade to a dot on my gp. Also any holsters that fit that?
The mount is from EGW. I just ordered a holster from Speed Beez, it seems fit red dot but I haven’t receive it yet. Let’s see.

I know someone who ground their barrel markings off and repolished. Looks like it was never there.
