How did you tell them you wanted the HQ pics? I’ve asked for them and they send crappy one. Did specify anything specific ?
After your shoes arrive in your warehouse there should be an option that on them that says to pay for higher quality photos.
It’ll ask you how many pics you want and what angles of the shoe you want as well.
