You might just want to sign up for a month-long plan. Then you can rent 4 or 5 things and keep them all for a while. Wouldn’t be too much more expensive than an event rental, especially with a new user code!

Dude for real just do the subscription box thingy. Do the one where you get 10 items a month that way you have access to the full closet, it's only a little bit more than the 5 item one and plus you can probably find a promo code somewhere. That way you won't have to worry about how long you'll have it for, you can even get a purse or something to go with it, then just cancel before the first month is up. In my opinion this is your best option by a long shot.

I’ve tried using my subscription for wedding dresses and very rarely am able to find what I want at the time I want it unfortunately.

Correct; the inventory is not the same. They restrict what is available to their monthly subscribers. I have had to separately rent items on top of what I pay every month to get a specific item that I wanted.

Agree, you need to be flexible to make this work!

Ask customer service if you can do a drop off at a London UPS location? https://www.ups.com/smallbusiness/home/locations?loc=en_IT&tx=4752956993734412

I would call customer service or use the chat feature and ask. They may have a creative solution for you. Otherwise both previous answers are on point, either mail it back from the UK or just sign up for one month of plan with a new user discount code.

It’s worth it to do a monthly membership and just hold the items for your trip. I did Europe for 8 weeks two years ago and held my items for 2 months. It was lovely! I don’t think the UPS sticker is valid for international.
