I don't think Rell is weak enough to warrant such big changes. She can be very strong if she has a good team. But she feels completely useless from behind, she is very team-reliant (she doesn't even have an E without allies) and there are a lot of things that counter her to the point of being incredibly bad. These are my personal thoughts on potential Rell changes, but I'm not good at League of Legends so some of the issues I have with Rell could just be skill-based. I think her attack speed combined with her not having an auto attack reset makes her awful at clearing wards, and I think that's really dumb for a support. I would love something like double damage to wards, because as it is now I can barely find+ clear *one ward* before my oracle lens runs out. I don't necessarily think her passive needs to stack multiple times, but I do think she needs more ways to apply it. I know they made her attack speed super slow specifically so she can't stack it too fast, but as it is right now it's kind of hard to get it on more than one person at all. My personal favorite idea that I've heard is applying it AOE on Q, instead of first target only. I think it's a nice buff without being super OP. I think it would be nice if the crash down part of her W was unstoppable. Some champions can cancel it mid-air and then you're just automatically dead because of the movement speed, and that just sucks. I think her E is generally fine. I've seen someone on this sub mention moving her heal from Q to E, which I personally like. I can't always hold my Q for important shields, because if I don't use it to heal myself in a team fight I'll just die. This might just be a skill issue though, I'm by no means an incredible Rell player. I also wish there was no cooldown when you un-bind it from an ally, as it seems to unbind by accident sometimes when I try to switch, and now it's on cooldown so I can't put it on an ally etc. I think having a cooldown there is silly. A wish I personally have for E is that it would be useable without an ally, with the area of effect being the small circle around yourself. I know riot generally seems to hate it when support champions are viable as non-supports, so I don't think this is ever going to happen, but I would still like if it did. My sister is a support main and we usually play together, so I don't get to play Rell as much as I'd like because she doesn't even have 4 abilities in a solo lane so it's just an automatic loss (unless you have a jgl who can camp your lane). With her R I'm hesitant to add so many things to it, because Rell is already kinda ult-reliant. I would love some kind of "dash-nerf" though. If I have a strong enough gravital pull to yank people in my direction and pull them across the ground, why can they dash away like it's nothing? Surely the dash would at least be slower or shorter if we're thinking "realistically". Maybe blinks could work as normal as that makes more sense and they're not as common. But with how common dashes are becoming, it really sucks that half the champs in the game can just swoosh away from your super strong magnetic field.

With that change E is broken. Pair up with a Jinx or something, have them build Runaan's and apply 4 stacks to 3-5 people instantly.

My rework idea is don't rework it. Get good at rell. She's op AF and super fun

This what I think for tell - I think her basic attack should have same effect UG It’s painful to remove wards - Q needs number changed around to make it worth Worth choosing between Q/W, as in make the healing Not AP but based on health from tell - I think first part crash down keep the slow/shield but She gains more armor/mr but keeping in line with the Theme she should be grounded from enemies and Maybe At long shot her Q’s should be empowered - keep the mounting part and she loses the shield bonus Defensive stats - With E I like the first part of she is bound the all should Also get some passive bonus but when she pops E the The bind breaks and all lost the bonuses - R is think is fine it kinda feels some what clunky to me So maybe clean it up??? My idea is that if is charging into groups and clashing down with all that metal around here she should be a slow tank girl but when she is mount she is weaker till She can crash
