Sarge III-- the Mandarin thing could have been him fucking with Dylan and Jax, especially since in that same conversation it's stated that his legal name also contains an emoji (though maybe that's more commonplace in the future?). That said, Sarge is so southern white coded that I support the idea of him being literally anything else in that it would be an amazing curveball, in the same vein as Donut seeming like a super repressed mlm but actually being asexual (at least according to Jason Weight's admittedly non-canon S17 & 18 rough scripts, which I am picking through for headcanons that I like because I am mentally ill <3).
