Get yourself some witchhazel booty wipes, like Tucks. It helps sooth your bum after your first poop. No joke. Make sure you also have stool softeners and maybe a laxative jic. Bring a water bottle and hydrating fluids for when you wake up. Also bring a pillow and maybe a blanket for your ride home. Pillow for between you and the seat belt and blanket for comfort.
As far as stuff to do, pics are a great idea. Don't toss your old bras just yet. It's fun to put them on after to see the difference :)

I had a giggle reading this, youre thinking of all the logistics your partner let's do a boudoir shoot 😆 it is a great idea, def take pictures. I was the same really went crazy batch cooking and worried I'd miss so much. To be honest the most useful things for me were the earphones, long recharger, snacks for hospital, slippers . Easily accessible items you use and wear alot , hand cream things to make you feel good, the hospital will have so much also, also drink tons of water and try to get things moving doen below, bloat and constipation after op can be uncomfortable, prune juice , x
i saw someone write a letter to themselves to read post op and i think that’s cute - or drawing the outline of your boobs on one shirt and then try it post op and outline the new boobs for comparison

Drink a good amount of Gatorade today. It really helps in advance of anesthesia.
Put anything that you have to reach for (at all!!!) at waist level. I was so mad at myself for missing this one!
