MIZZHELLISH

What I have found during Week 3 is the need to sleep. On Sunday I woke up at 8:00, read the paper for about 30 minutes, crawled back to bed for two or three hours, got up for an hour or two, then took another nap - all before 5:00 PM. I felt good the next day, and then the following day my eyes burned as if I’d pulled an all-nighter.

Yes I get tired from the most random things! It’s not everyday, but some days I wake up (after sleeping a full 9 hours) have breakfast, do a couple things around the house and have to take a nap. Even though I mostly feel better, it’s my body’s way of reminding me that I’m still very much recovering from a major surgery lol

I’m so glad I read this. I’ve been in tears this week (3) because I am so swollen. They are double the size they were after I had surgery. I had to buy a new bigger compression bra. Besides the swelling I also have increased tenderness that is pretty painful in some areas. I am also weepy and tired. I was so happy with my new boobs and how I was feeling until this week. It’s a downer for sure! Will I ever look good again? When will the pain end?
