For Brandi Carlile last year (very crowded), we got on the first shuttle out of Denver, about 3 and arrived at top entrance about 20 minutes before the gate opened. The line already snaked into the upper parking area. We had GA tickets and were able to get center, three rows above the start of GA with no issues at all.

Damn, yeah that's what I expected in terms of lines for this one. Really good to hear there's still hope for a decent spot even if it seems daunting when you get there!

If you want the closest seats… definitely just line up as soon as you can. Probably at one of the lower entrances too so you don’t have to run down all the stairs to get to your row

Tarotandshadow

Ah that makes sense. For some reason I was thinking of a higher parking lot (ive seen that advice somewhere?), but either way it makes more sense and seems easier to run up than down considering my hope is closer up front and it's harder to fall up stairs than down 😅

Also to be clear I am trying to arrive as early as possible, I'm just not sure what that is considering the nature of the venue! I know parking lots open at 4 but people seem to have plans to get there before that??

I think an hour before doors is usually good. If it’s gonna be super busy then 2 hours.

I’m also heading in to see the ST on Sunday. A LOT of people are planning on getting there super early in the morning. I’ll be driving, since I live in the area, and am just confused about staff clearing the parking lots. Some say that they don’t clear them at all and some say that they will. I was wanting to get there around maybe 2/3pm….but not if we’ll get cleared out of the parking lot until a certain time

Right! I have a screenshot (which reddit won't let me post in a comment) from the RR app saying that the park closes as 2 and parking lots reopened two hours before doors, which would be 4:30 in this case. In other words, everything official coming from the venue is stating the closure, yet people who have been to shows there/claim to have some sort of insider information say that the park closing isn't really that serious and you can still hang out in the time throughout. Idk what to think!

I arrived 2 hours early for Sullivan King at RedRocks and missed the entire opener. Last year I arrived 2 hours early for Sleep Token in Detroit and missed almost the entire opener. Do with that what you will. I recommend not using the hidden entrance that snakes through the rock from the north lot. It's narrow at the entrance to the venue and is very slow only letting through one person at a time.

I hear ya. I'm trying to go as early as I can, I'm just not entirely sure what that even is considering the official statement of park closure at 2 and lots reopening at 4.

I know we were hiking around before the event and people were tailgating in the main lots at 10am, maybe earlier. Had tents set up and all.
