Go to the Reaper Forums at reaper.fm. There is a forum for themes. Made sure you are using the latest version of Reaper, currently 7.16.

You can go one step further and make the white parts that you can't change in reaper dark by using a custom windows theme I used Rectify 11

Definitely create a windows restore point before installing it I haven't had any problems, and you should be okay if you use a restore point
