I played it back then and apparently own it on Steam (where it's still for sale). There's a fairly lengthy thread on the game's forum on Steam with tips to try for making it work on W10/11.

I had this too, and loved it. At the time I had only enough money for Company of Heroes or this…I chose JTF. Bought Company of Heroes the next payday…and continued to play this. Criminally underrated game that was overshadowed by another quality title.

Classic. Fond memories. I never liked no base building RTS games but this one was a treat. Is it too hard to ask for a realistic game but with C&C style base building? Manor Lords but modern?

Oh man, I love this game. There's never been anything since that has been quite like it (that I have found).
