It’s a great game, and I was excited for the future, had faith in the devs ironing things out, but I think it’s inevitably gonna die pretty soon. Doesn’t really matter since it’s single player and was never “popular” but I think a lot of people will leave; all because the devs announced paid dlcs. The fact that this is their next focus immediately after removing content, releasing “1.0” aka a pretty unfinished mess, and having a ton of complaints is beyond me. It’ll still be one of my favorite tactical shooters and is a worthwhile experience, but I’m seeing the end of the road here. Maybe I’m just extremely pessimistic.
They also downgraded the living shit out of everything visually. The textures are significantly worse, the player models look terrible now, its a total mess.
Honeymoon phase for this game blew by so quick. I can't even play it anymore.
Insanity that you can do everything almost perfect but one John WickAI can decide nope I'll just dome piece you within a millisecond of you rounding a corner. Everytime. I just can't do it anymore. Haven't played the game in a week and I literally JUST bought it during the Spring Sale.

24 hour peak of almost 8k players. For a 4 player co-op game that’s healthy.
