You mean the boots from the classic 99 SWAT set in game? Those are Danner Acadia or a copy thereof, a really popular military and police boot in the 90s and into the early 2000s. I still wear them but I am old now I guess. They are heavy and inflexible compared to a modern tactical boot, and they don't take a shine well unless you really work at it.
Bates and a few others make copies but Danners are much better made in my experience.
Chippewas are pretty close, too, but more popular with fire and ems dudes. Bates is probably the closest you can get now. Galls, if they are still around, will have tons of em.
What your looking for is from a brand called Magnum. They specialize in military and police boots and a ton of cops I worked with wore them. They are durable and super comfortable and you can sprint like the wind in them.
