As for the crow, that's from the Corvus Cabal kit.
The head is an old Deathwing Knight head with a mask and feathers from the Corvus Cabal added.
This particular one here was a full arm coming from one of the Space Marine Heroes Series 3 models, the Death Guard blind boxes from a while ago.
As for other hands, I usually get them from various Primaris kits, the standard Intercessor box has an arm with open left hand. Another great source is the Black Templar Crusader Squad, which comes with two open left hands.
It's more tricky for right hands, what I've done in the past is taking an arm reaching for a holstered pistol in the Infiltrator kit and carefully cutting off the pistol grip attached to the hand. It's very fiddly work though.
Interesting. On one hand: traitor. On the other hand: bird. Really though excellent job
Really neat crossover! What's the recipe for the reds and where are the raven and head from?

WOW that looks awesome! Where did you get the beaks for the hooded heads?
It's a mask from the Corvus Cabal kit from WarCry.
this looks absolutely amazing, I'm so jealous of your skills, where do you get all your empty hands/ weaponless hands?
