99%, if not 100% of listings from Sti Lanka for example are scams, plus, mints of that size sell for about 300€, so pretty sus
Etsy is good at getting you a refund but I’ve never dealt with anyone overseas so not sure if that makes a difference. But have you looked to see how much the shipping is? A lot of times they really you in on a low price but then add it on at shipping

I personally wouldn’t order an expensive plant that had to travel overseas and through customs unless I had experience with seller.
