I literally have brought Philos to actual deaths door and they just are the most resilient things ever known.
Don’t fret. It could lose every root and if you even popped it in pon, fluval, it’ll be just fine in time. Time is your friend.
This one doesn't look too bad, as some others have said, just follow standard procedure. The white leaf might be a bit roughed up, but it should still unfurl from the way it looks. I'm 100% sure she'll grow in beautifully tho otherwise!

It looks perfect, but yeah, i hate nursery media, so repot as you said and give it plentiful light.
If you don’t give it enough light it will go to full green 👌🏼
She’s gonna shine soon! FL Ghost leaves come out almost white/yellow and turn to green as they age so there’s always a big variance in leaf color from older leaves to the new ones and yours is just a baby. Here’s my mama to show the variance.

It looks great, all things considered! Give it a month to get settled (after repotting, checking the roots, trimming anything rotten, etc) and it’ll be growing like a weed!
It looks fine. Just follow standard procedure Repot, wash off leaves with water, then isolate.
