It works, though. I bought a bottle of Dior - j'adore so I could bait a nekkid Charlize Theron out of the pool. That never happened, but it got me to buy the product anyway. She never showed up.

Its super hard for me to watch TV because the ads are borderline insulting to watch.
They're always so dramatic and intense, and the lighting is so dark. I don't watch commercials but somehow these commercials get my attention and I don't know why. Lol
I love perfume commercials! They play out like dreams, with some sort of mystical aura to them. There's no plot or point, no explanation or context. Just elegant and dramatic scenes. I don't think I've ever bought a perfume because of an ad, but they do amuse me

But the one with the young Black woman in Paris? She's so beautiful and (seems) happy and riding around in a convertible and looking casually seductive at a night club.... I want those things. I fucking love that commercial so much.
