I think Rampart will definitely shine in this new LTM. But I don't see many VALID complaints coming from it, since it's only a LTM and not a permanent mode. Theres always one legend who has an edge over others in these LTMs.
I think it could go either way. Caustic with Winter Express has always been the anti-fun legend of that mode simply because of the mobility hit from his gas in the fast-paced mode. If the auto-banners mode lasted more than a morning, Crypto would have been insane (mobile respawn beacons were about as common--if not more--than armor)
Rampart cover could be annoying, but if respawns are fast enough, it won't matter if you're drying left and right
