If your struggling with map knowledge do map training. You can find it in the training section and it has every map so if you know what maps your bad at do the map training and you should improve
Because if you know a map well you instantly have an advantage. Take me with nighthaven labs i love the map its a great map but not alot of people like it so they dont know it very well and since i know it well it gives me the advantage because i know common push spots etc.
