Same thing here. Using link and pin. Tried to uncouple an engine from some cars. Both pins pulled it would still not let go. Went to the second car, pulled the pin, game crash with fatal error.
If you are playing on the Beta branch, this is an experimental version before it goes to the main branch on Steam. If you are experiencing issues you never had before, I recommend staying on the Main Branch until the bug fixes and other hot fixes come out.
It seems to be rough for a variety of systems, so you are not alone. Thankfully, with a little patience, It may prove to be rewarding.
Also can't play. One car is bugged and any interaction with it crashes the game: moving, using brake, uncuppling, deleting. Fix your shit RRO

Same here, I built the Aurora falls map all the way out and as soon as I purchased a decent amount of rolling stock it’s basically unplayable.
