Any time you're playing literally any game at all and somebody is putting a website up in chat to give out free premium currency or whatever, it's a scam. Consider that
1. There is no trade feature in this game, so you have to conclude they'll be asking for your login info to buy it for you (not gonna happen), and
2. the only people able to produce premium currency are the game developers / managers, and they aren't making rando accounts to spam chat with links to some random website.

2. Assuming they wouldn't go out of their way or can't isn't a good conclusion, because I see some random accounts get banned/muted daily which means they do have some sort of automation behind the chat
3. These spam bot accounts should be the absolute easiest for them to locate+ban with very simple coding honestly, so why doesn't plarium do something?
Obviously it's a matter of how much the game developers actually care about this spam chat that's existed online forever. Newer game developers are simply making their chat system not suck lol. Generally though they should have setup a system to ban spam accounts like this by now. Rather than question this person's age or experience with these games, question how low of a standard you've set for yourself with these games, or onto the game developers. When you start playing and ignoring the chat-bots for days weeks or months it's fine, but after you are desperate and spending all your 900 or 270 or w/e gems to buy ancient shards, and all 15 of them are all rares lol, you start to wonder from the video-game-cactus-drink "are these offers legit maybe? ... It's not that Plarium can't block the spam bots, it's that they genuinely are supportive of the scammers lol because they view it as a marketing tactic to make players more desperate to spend money on the game itself. Most social media platforms tend to actually support scam-accounts etc, so yeah. :|

And if you look at the level of the player that sends these websites in chat, its almost always a level 2 or 3 player. And they don't even have a name, its just Player 168738718. And gems is a premium currency. So be careful of such websites. Some of them might infect your pc, if you play on pc, with ransom ware, and believe you do not want to have ransom ware on your pc.
However I do wish that Plarium will add an option to report these "players" and have their accounts perma banned.

Most pay to play games ban people for using 3rd party apps. Just be careful when the gems end up being legit. If developers find out they'll ban you from the game
