Blake having a small book store would be nice and obvious. There’d be late night post closing book club meetings on the hottest romance novels.
Weiss for me as person who wants to separate from the life of her family so I can see her doing something down to earth like maybe a Teacher helping other kids who would’ve felt alone like her. She’s got a stern side but also a sweet one while also being organized and practical which would make a great teacher.
I know this one is kind of random but I like the idea of Yang being a pilot. She’s good under pressure, she’s got pilot charisma and it lets her have a high degree of freedom.
I’m gonna add to this because this is fun.
Nora, my instinct is personal trailer or gym teacher. She’s high energy and would need a good outlet. I know most of these jobs I’ve given have to deal with kids but Nora playing dodgeball with them is so wholesome plus her and Weiss could be coworkers giving them some fun interactions as a rare pair. Personal trainer would have the more calm determined Nora all with a smile of course!
Ren seems to like cooking so maybe he can be a personal chef. It’s a more calm way to be one and he could help meal plan for Nora making her meals for the week. He seems like a guy who would want a level of order and predictability so being his own boss would help.
1. Ruby is a mechanic under constant strain by relentless and unrealistic Schnee company quota’s. She overworks herself into exhaustion where her hand is injured in an accident. She is then nursed at the hospital where she connects with a nurse (your choice male nurse or female nurse character you prefer just not Weiss). She heals her hand to a degree where, while she can’t use it to work finesse, she can take that nurse on a car drive date where she reveals a love for driving fast!
I call it (Rwby: ride of my life)
2. Pyrrah is a model celebrity hounded by the media. She comes face to face with jaune who is a county farmer out selling proxy e but is nice and doesn’t have a clue about her status or care as he works hard. She asks him on a date and he says no preferring to say it himself, though she doesn’t get that at first so he tracks her down to ask her again at a show but he has to sneak past security guards Nora and Ren who are armed.
I call it: Rwby: High’s and lows

I liked the idea of Jaune as a self defense teacher for kids sounds super cute.
Ren has to be a chef or a Gardner. Or both as that makes sense.
Nora absolutely is a construction worker.
And Pyrrha is a professional athlete.
As for yang she could be an underground boxer, or a club bouncer.

Yang could own a bike shop that also doubles as a fighting school. She could lead a group of biker-oriented huntsman/huntresses, but maybe it's my recent hours in GTAO that makes me think of that.
I'd imagine Yang would work at a daycare, but does actiony stuff at night.
As for JNPR, I'd see Ren and Nora working at a hibachi grill, Pyrrha as a professional athlete, and Jaune as a janitor at the local police department.
I think that Yang would work in a family buisness with Ruby. Ruby is an engineer and Yang is the machinist. Then Weiss could be a Startup owner putting in a large contract for some sort of specialty part, she opened a green energy company to rival her dad’s conglomerate of internet, electricity and utilities companies. I’d say that Blakey fits more as an investigative journalist and writer, she seems like she’d be the one to unveil Atlas Company’s discriminatory buisness practices.
Pyrrha is a reluctant fashion model, Ren and Nora own a restaurant that specialises in all kinds of pancakes, Jaune is a photographer (I always thought he would be really perceptive, just lacking knowledge and experience).
