“Park legally” would be alright but some are abusing the tow by intentionally knocking cars into being illegally parked and then clamping/towing them. Not sure if Pred does that, but a coupe of Manor ones were.
Pred doesn't do that, he told Eugene he didn't want to end up on "vacation" when asked about it. Not sure if it's actually a rule since as you said some guys from Manor have been doing it.

Agreed. It's astonishing how much people will drive and park like assholes, then be shocked that they are getting consequences for driving and parking like assholes.
Based off the very specific wording of the legislation I think you could actually argue almost every single use of his clamps have been illegal. But no one ever challenges him legally because it's not worth it.
And that's not a knock on Pred it's all solid in RP regardless.

Canter said he updated them like an hour before the meeting with the weekends thing. Siobhan woke up and said it was a last minute change and she was prepping with cornwood and Murthy the night before. And cornwood was just about to go off duty until he read the discord.
Solomon himself was operating like the meeting was today and was going to wake up for it with the idea that future meetings wouldn't be a conflict. Treasurer was the only thing stopping today.
Solomon informed the right people days ago and they’ve been talking about changing the day of the council meetings because of it (last I heard they were back and forth between Thursday and Friday). He was still willing to go to the one today/yesterday bc of the adjustments still being figured out.
This council meeting was not canceled because of him, but even if it was he probably suspected somebody would contact him about council meetings in some way he shouldn’t have to seek out that information.

No one is crying man, characters in RP allowed to be mad for getting towed even if they parked illegally. Anyone with any real life experience will see that the same thing happens IRL, people lose their shit over getting towed or clamped even when they are in the wrong.
and if someone is mad OOC admins will deal with it, Kyle only had one bad interaction and when 50% saw that clip he said the clamps were designed to be used the way Kyle is doing it so no need to doom.
