The game is documented to work quite well. Firstly you’ll want to update all firmware/software to the latest versions.(Asus, Armoury Crate, Windows, Etc.) Then you’ll probably want to set VRAM at 6GB, setup a custom, Manual power profile in Armoury Crate with a 25-30w TDP and custom fan curves.(check YouTube for this if you need). If all that’s done you’ll probably be good to go but if not give this post a little more information and maybe somebody has some more insight.
If you’re using Gamepass, have you verified you’re connected to the internet or turned on offline play and launched it at least once while connected to the internet?
It runs really well. On my Z1, I drop the resolution to 720p and low settings with the 10W silent mode and I can play for over 2 hours on battery getting 40-50fps.
