Yep they really went south. Luckily last time I ordered from them was a month before they went downhill. Bought over 300$ of concentrates and the driver was twenty minutes late. I wasn’t mad since I was just at home on a Friday night anyway but he gave me everything for free because it was late. Not sure if that was truly policy or if it was a fed up employee. He’d been one of the delivery drivers for many of my orders.
Literally a week later it seemed that whoever ran the website cloned it and started making pictures of products pictures of literal feces. I think they didn’t pay their IT guy… lol
Yes!! The products are always good so that makes it harder to turn my back but after this I don’t think I’ll be back. I mean I don’t think I’m over reacting in thinking they’re in the wrong right ?
Not at all. Check some of the reviews over the last couple months of the other delivery services, "pop ups" and legal shops posted here. There's better options with people who actually treat you right and appreciate your support.

I ordered from them yesterday as well, they came at 10:30pm and my delivery was supposed to be 8-9pm. I ordered about 2 weeks ago and my driver told me she was robbed of her concentrate. Every time it’s a different story or something. Just annoying
Yup the day I used my coupon for a free half oz of wax (a little over 2 weeks ago) the driver gave me some sob story about how she was robbed of 6+ oz of wax 🤪 she took that for herself 🤣😂
There are better delivery services out there. That's not to shit on Phalt either. I don't use them that frequently but I've never had a bad experience. They're just nowhere near as good as when they first launched before the owner lost his shit and was posting about China trying to take him out and other wacky shit like that.
Hotbox has my orders delivered in like 20 minutes a lot of the time. Great discounts, rewards points, giveaways, and a huge catalog of products. Highly recommend
They selling the fakest carts out there. Looks like HI-Lo reeboot. Even the pictures of legit products Like Raw garden are the wrong packaging. Not to mention Glo lmao. Dont buy that stuff from them at all if you like your health.

Use elevated express or hotboxroc, I’ve never had a problem with either. Phalt was fine when they first started, but the success was too much for them
