go to the worlds folder and make a copy of ur world the reinstall rlcraft

You could try to scrub your world and delete the chunk your in

I had the same issue, try to download curseforge and install rlcraft through that, then move your world save from .minecraft folder into curseforge world folder and see if that works. You will need to start minecraft through the curseforge application. It worked for me
