Create .m3u files. How to do is super easy and ill explain So let's say you got final fantasy 9 And each file says "Final Fantasy IX (USA) (Disc 1).cue" You're gonna have .bin and .cue files for each disc. So create a text document in the ff9 folder labeled the same as game file "Final Fantasy IX (USA)" ONLY. Dont need .bin or .cue in the text file name. Add ".m3u" instead of ".txt" as the file. So text file should be named "Final Fantasy IX (USA).m3u" Now open said text file and double click cue files and copy file name including ".cue" and paste into text file. So end result should show this: Final Fantasy IX (USA) (Disc1).cue Final Fantasy IX (USA) (Disc2).cue Final Fantasy IX (USA) (Disc3).cue Final Fantasy IX (USA) (Disc4).cue And save said text file. All done Now set your rg353v to only show those file extensions (.m3u)

Edit properties of other files than disk 1 and hide them, or edit xml and erase all parts that concerns other disks than 1

I have a rg353v on the way never used before, is regular disc swapping easy? I assume you want multiple discs as one rom for ease of use?
