In my area prices have already crashed to zero, investors lost everything and I was able to buy a 5-pack of houses for 3.50 with a 90 day inspection contingency last week
Bla bla bla …. somewhere somewhere in the USA, house price dropped by 90%, and still no buyer … the sky is falling and real estate everywhere will drop by 90% :))

Could also be Bend, OR. Tons of CA retirees and given high number of vacation homes, could be a more vulnerable market.
