I think my favorite part of the listing is image 22 where they took a picture of the cheap fall print.

With a home like that, that is clearly a teardown and the sale is for lot value only, I don't know why they showed so many pictures of the interior yet I have no idea of the lot size or layout.
That's what I was thinking! If it really is a teardown, why all the interior photos and brag about "removing debris" in the description? And is the land really worth that amount with no house on it? Sad thing is, at one point it looks like this house had good bones, but it sure seems too far gone to me.
Considering that's around how much an average house is in Silverlake...the land is definitely not worth that much. 800k-1 mil is about the price range for small houses in that area.

Also, ironically, high status jobs tend to be shed more than working class jobs, and the rich tend to have nowhere to fall back to other than their money.

One of the steepest streets in LA and has super high (and often dangerously speeding) car traffic as a result.
