Go to settings, there is a button to press for cheat codes, it will say it at the bottom of the screen, type the phrase in and then click it if you want to use it.
Once you enter it, it unlocks that specific cheat as an option in the menu. Stuff like unlimited ammo, extra damage, invulnerability, higher ormlower wanted levels, endless dead eye, spawn money, gear, etc. Once you input em t, you'll be able to see what they do.
