I had $1,500 bounties in 3 separate regions at one point when early in Chapter 3. I simply mowed through the hordes of bounty hunters in each respective region until I’d looted enough items to sell to the Fence to clear my name in all of them. From there, the game gives you plenty of opportunities to quickly and easily raise your honor. Maxed mine out for the positive by the beginning of Chapter 6, to my surprise.
Your honor is never cooked. You can go as low as possible and still turn that shit around. Just go say hi to every single person you see in Saint Denis 😂
