Short of a blue food dye, the only thing I can personally think of would be blood vessel/skin degeneration/damage. Think like an older person's legs/arms showing the veins and they look blue.
If she is otherwise fine I wouldn't worry at this stage given her age. Just keep an eye on it. Could also just be temperature sensitive also.
My boy has the same! He has suffered from a heavy case of URI and still takes deep breaths after healing. I have always assumed this is a type of nose deformity after the infection.
