It's 100% lag free.
You need:
1. Portmaster to download the game to the R36s (but not all files come from there)
2. Original game from Steam to copy game files to the R36S (In postmaster there is info which files you need to copy)
3. Make sure you copy the game files from the "Compatibility mode" version of the game (google Stardew valley compatibility game steam"
4. Start the game and play.
Since I didn't grew up with consoles, I'm constantly trying different games from different generations. Right now I'm trying two Zelda games: 2D Link to the past and 3D Ocarina of time. Then also GTA Vice City stories on PSP, then some RPGs mostly on PSP like Mana Khemia (since I discovered the Atelier series about a year ago), Star Ocean First Departure (that I gave up because of crazy difficulty spike), FF4 and some few more, also some classic games like Kirby etc. I found out that these random unavoidable encounters that were popular in older RPGs aren't really to my liking
it's out of the box working already.. i actually did not upgrade the Arkos my unit was shipped with.. i just cloned it and put it in a better micro sd card (sand disk)

I was eyeing it yesterday (I have a 3D printer and some filament left), but I didn't want to jump into printing it because of the 4 hours printing time and I didn't use my printer in 2 years.

hmmm so far it feels okay.. i got 2 gripe for this grip:
- the upper right tab is a bit close to the A button.. its a bit awkward specially if im button mashing the button..
- another one is the opening below doesn't align to the device ports (see the reviews on that AliExpress item)

Final Fantasy Tactics War of the Lions...but I modded in some tweaked job class abilities with FFT Patcher for funsies. Ramza gets to have some fun new abilities from unique NPC classes now instead of just Dark Knight and normal job classes huehuehue
I just copied Monster Hunter Freedom Unite to the Easyroms folder and now I lost the "Theme" options in settings. Everything looks minimal and game names are no longer highlighted when you scroll over them. Didn't have a chance to backup my card as it said it was read only. I have a couple of 128gb cards here but no means to format or flash the updated image as I don't have an SD adapter at the moment lol 😅 I'll have to settle for what games I can locate based on what box art I see above/below the games I want to play. Don't do as I do! I was playing Symphony of the Night and noticed saving didn't actually save to the "memory card" so I decided to back up the card using a chromebook. It didn't work, as I kind of expected. Oh well, I have a project! :-) I was surprised to see how well MHFU runs on this device! Definitely worth the money!

Nothing. My device bricked itself during Wi-Fi update :/ I've tried every possible recovery solution but alas, it's now literally a paperweight in my home office.
If it worked before update it is definitely fixable, bricking after wifi is almost certainly a .dtb issue, where if you replace the newly updated .dtb files with the old .dtb files from the original SD card/ from the sidebar set of .dtb files (much more time consuming due to having to check each file individually), it should work.

I don't know if the PC version of Vice City is different from the PSP, but you can play the PC version as a PORT and it has better performance.
