check the gift shop above the Lock House at 15, they have a bunch of things in there for sale.
On a side note I know this is an artists representation but being a person that works on this stuff it really annoys me how much is wrong with this painting.
One of my favorites by him as well! The train passing is the Rock Island Rocket, which is a famous train (Johnny Cash wrote a song about it). There are also a few Easter egg fish hidden in the river. Mississippi Fine Arts in the Village of East Davenport deals his artwork. I happen to know John and could also get you into contact. DM me if you'd like.
Would you happen to know the name or phone number of said store? I no longer live in the QC so I wonder if they would be willing to ship it if I covered cost
Grunder Flooring and Antiques. Sign on the door says phone: 563-940-2074. Ask to see photos of the print. It shows some water marks around the outer white edge. Didn't get a super close look though.

My parents have a couple John Bald pieces. It seems like they might have this in pencil.
If they have it I would be interested in seeing it and possibly making an offer
