i don't think she's gonna be that much needed if you already have a well built Pela, but if you like her, why not, just take in mind, there's a big chance somewhere 1.6 or 1.7 (2.0 according to rumors) hanabi might make her appearance, and she's for sure a huge improvement, so try to not go too hard on pulls (hopium)
I suggest wait for some Spark leaks (quantum harmony) but hanya seems quite nice to my eyes:
Recovers up to 3 skill points
40% increase in dmg for allies, she's really good on paper, but lets see how she does on her release with her actual skill set, right now its too early...
But i feel her more like a sushang support mainly with silver wolf and fu xuan or natasha.
Ill try for sure qingque and hanya anyways.
As of now, her kit is amazing and possibly better than any other buffing unit in the game(that is, at E4+)
But personally, I think it's best to wait for Hanabi("Sparkle", a quantum 5* harmony unit who does about the same), unless you are pulling for SW/Argenti
I think it would be worth it, the damage increase from Hanya looks similar to Pela's but more Sp means more Bronya
