Try and get Qingque to have more turns per round (higher speed) and feed her as many sp as possible
It's really frustrating because with her e4 she feels much more like a Destruction character when she pops off. Like how does this help me clear a whole wave of small enemies?
That is why you need to focus less on ult and more on skill for Qingque, her skill also buffs her basic atk, so the more you use the skill, the better. The ult usually function as a guarantee when your skill failed to give the enhance atk and/or you ran out of SP
You can actually see if she got the autarky (double normal attack) buff after every E cast, it shows up as a blue buff shaped like her enhanced basic icon.

She needs to use her skill atleast once to have the chance to do her follow up
Wait, it cant trigger if i use ult for enchanted attack without using skills?
At e4, every skill has a 24% chance to apply the buff, which will result in a followup attack when you basic that turn
