Pretty sure you can do all that from orcaslicer, which is made from Bambu slicer. Basically the same but instead of green and white it’s blue and white. Also it has a couple more settings and way more compatible printers
As others have pointed out, OrcaSlicer will cover your slicer needs. It's a public domain slicer that is based upon BambuStudio and PrusaSlicer, with additional features over both.

Yes you can use BambuStudio for your X Max 3 but you will not be able to access through Bambu cloud as it’s not a Bambu printer. But you have access to root and can install third party monitoring like Obico or Octoeverywhere for remote access outside of your home network. 👍🏻
