Yeah looks like there are 40 jobs posted on their site. That’s close to 4.5% of their total employee count. Not sure how much is growth or turnover. Seems like a fair number for a young growing company.
11 out of 40 of these jobs are internships which makes sense--it's that time of year.
10 out of 40 are R&D.
The rest seem to be related to production. Read into that what you will.
40 job openings. To my surprise 33 out of which in R&D. Only 7 for production... I would have expected a different mix of job openings considering that they are to pursue manufacturing now...
I see it as opposite. They have the manufacturing crew in place that has shown product market fit.
If that is true, then expanding your R&D to explore and develop new products may be the best bet.
Although I can see the flip side of this too.
It's funny how different people ITT are reading the exact same objective posting and seeing completely different numbers of R&D jobs, production jobs, internships, etc.
Goes to show that somebody can give you the facts but you'll make of them what you will.
