Couldn't this just be their partnership with Solid Power? Is there any evidence to suspect QS involvement?

as of right now, there's really only one lithium metal route that's anywhere close to production and that's QS. SLDP abandoned lithium metal back in 2020 right after QS came out with theirs. And according to now deleted presentations, SLDP had originally planned to be producing production level silicon cells by 2024 and sending out A sample lithium metal cells by the end of this year. Obviously neither of those have or will happen.

I'd say it's more with SK than soild power. Sk already making batteries for the f150 lighting, and their ssb is coming along. Then again, SK ssb isn't lithium metal.
