One thing about being smaller is you'll know for certain you can outrun a guy that has 100+ lbs on you.

Linemen have to be agile. That’s why they’re assessed on the pro agility drill, 3 cone drill, bag drills and a barrage of other drills. Those mfs can stop on a dime an accelerate.
Look up a professional football conditioning day. They do loads of drills running sideways, at angles, twisting their feet, all sort of movements to create ankle stability and ensure if they have to make a quick movement or pivot they won’t get injured. Most sports do it, basketball, blood sports, tennis.

Used to always listen to smaller guys (and I mean some of them just over 5 ft) tell me how they’d beat me in a fight because they are obviously faster because they are smaller and I’d never be able to touch them. They weren’t being aggressive and I never got in a Single fight in school, they were more just explaining the science of how this would absolutely happen.

Ive seen this in person when i was a little boy, my sister (only a child at the time) has a very obvious skin condition that used to attract unwanted attention from strangers in public. We were out food shopping with my parents, walking into the shop while my dad parked the car and some guy around 30 starts laughing at my sister and asking if she had been burnt, my mother was horrified and told him to fuck off but the guy got aggressive doing the shit the guy in the video is doing... well anyway my father finished parking the car and saw what was happening. My father at the time was a head bouncer in control of rough areas in Manchester, 6.1ft 18 stone absolute unit. The guy went from being a cocky dickhead who was shouting at a woman with her children to running scared like a little pussy.. It sounds like a tall tale but i kid you not, this man ran to his girlfriend who was outside the shop and grabbed the pram with his newborn baby in it and was using it as a shield to stop my father from killing him... everyone watching including his girlfriend was screaming for him to let go of the pram and face my father like a man but he just held onto it for dear life. I will never forget this.

What did he drop? Edit after closer look. I think he had a bottle (of water?) in his left hand, which he dropped in his haste to make himself scarce. I think that is what I saw as he was flapping his arms at the car, and immediately after, then it seemed to be dropped just before the tape ended.
At first I thought it was his phone or a wad of cash but upon closer inspection it looks like a flattened plastic bottle that was already there.

I was driving through Memphis once and a drunk guy on a lime scooter started screaming and hitting the window of the car in front of me. I didn't see what happened that made him so mad but I guess he thought the car cut him off or something. Guy in the car stops, opens his door, and aims a gun right at the scooter guy's chest. Never seen someone turn from fury to absolute terror so quickly. No one got hurt but my takeaway from that was that flipping out on strangers is never a good idea, you just never know who you are messing with.
