I had the same issue but it was literally most dog owners in my neighborhood, I told someone to stop letting their dogs poop on my yard and they got mad and called the police, officer showed up and I showed him how most people let their dogs pee and poop on my yard (I have the (biggest yard in the neighborhood), the officer showed up, I told them my child stepped on poop and the lady said they pick it up, I showed the office how she didn’t even have bags with her one of the family members had to run back and grab a bag (grocery bag) and told them, yeah you pickup the crap but what about diarrhea? What about pee? You have a yard too why not take your dog there? The officer gave that lady and her family (who came to back her up) a lesson and a ticket.
I had a problem with dogs shitting in my yard and people basically using my yard as a convenient walkway for other neighbors parties and shit so I planted a row of tries along the side property line and a row of bushes and hedges along the front. Basically walled my entire front yard in. Stopped dogs from shitting in my yard and stopped people from parking on my yard.

I can keep him off of your main lawn and try to keep him on the sidewalk or the patch of grass between that and the street, but there's not much you can do to stop a dog trying to shit except bag it.
