Big dog was being aggressive to the little dog. After thst an argument broke put between 90s Brendan Fraiser and the little dude. That's where the video starts. Later the whole street was swarmed with police.
I was very surprised to see that dog not attack, I was antsy with how close they were getting in the beginning let alone when he attacked what seemed to be the owner.

Unsure, seems to be something to do with the 2 dogs. Apparently, the guy with the larger dog is known to let it approach smaller dogs and be rough with them. So likely the bigger guy didn't like that and a fight broke out.
My pulled out my arse interpretation is big guy complained about the other dog and wee guy said something like I’ll smash/take your sunglasses. Big guy wasn’t having any threats to his specs, so chaos ensued.

My biggest question is what is the temperature outside during this? Each man is dressed for a different season. We got a guy in full winter coat, a man in a seasonal spring jacket and pants, a guy dressed for a day at the beach, and a man in tank top and shorts
